I've cried so much over the course of today. I cried when I woke up at about 8, I cried at about 11 when I remembered how crap yesterday was, I cried after I got off the phone with Ryan because he was busy and I didn't want to see anyone else, that was at about 11:30. I went back to sleep. I cried when I woke up again at about 4. I cried after I got off the phone with Sam who is on a train to far away for Christmas. I cried when I sent a text to Ryan complaining about how boring he'd made my day, went upstairs, ate, came back down to write this and I'm crying again now.

Nothing at all has happened today except for tears. I don't know why I'm so sad.
